Meridian Health Protocol

by Mathew John (2020-01-29)

For me, I keep my body fat under 10% Meridian Health Protocol Review all year round, and I don't even worry about the amount of protein I actually eat. Eat Stop Eat, a book written by Brad Pilon, is the blueprint I use for my diet; it emphasizes the idea of fasting for 24 hours two times a week. During the times I am not fasting, I spend 75% of the time eating "primal". Just like our ancestors, the Primal Diet has you eating natural, whole foods, nothing out of a bag or box.You may also have been wondering, if you want to build muscle, wouldn't you need a lot of protein? Again, the answer to this question is a simple and plain no. After reading the book entitled, How Much Protein, I have taken a new yet albeit controversial stance on this subject. In the book I learned that in all actuality, it is not necessary to consume the amounts of protein we have been lead to believe. Now, I know that diets like the Atkins and the Zone have shown some great results. However, even if protein intake does have quick weight loss benefits, it really is only a quick answer, not a long term solution. When it comes down to it, the best way to lose weight is to just cut back on your calories and exercise more. By obsessing on the minute details of your diet, like the amount of protein you'll be eating with your meal, you are actually setting yourself for weight loss disappointment and failure.
